This deposit is required to confirm your eligibility to bid on VIP tables located in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rows of the GCAT 2025 London venue. Each table seats 8 guests and will be allocated through an offering process that gives you the privilege to select your preferred table based on bid ranking and submission time.

• Bidding opens: 27 July 2025, 10:00 AM (Doha Time)

• Bidding closes: 31 July 2025, 10:00 AM (Doha Time)

• Bidders may only place an offer for one table

Starting Bids by Row:

• Row 1: from QAR 80,000 or QAR 40,000 (based on zone)

• Row 2: from QAR 50,000 or QAR 30,000

• Row 3: from QAR 30,000

• Row 4: from QAR 20,000

Offers must specify: Stud Name, Zone, Row Number, and Offered Price.
Tables will be assigned based on the highest bids and the time of submission. In the event of identical offers, priority will be given to the earliest submission.

Important:
The QAR 2,000 deposit is strictly non-refundable. Table cancellations made within 4 days before the event are also non-refundable.
