Each table seats 8 guests and will be allocated through an offering process that gives you the privilege to select your preferred table based on bid ranking and submission time.

Bidding Rules

• Each bidder may only place one offer per row.

• Offers must clearly specify: Stud Name, Zone, Row Number, and Offered Price.

• Flat price offers will not be accepted.

• Minimum increment per offer: QAR 2,000.

• Offers are time-stamped via WhatsApp; earlier submissions take priority if identical offers are received.

Allocation Process

• The highest offer receives the first priority to choose their table location at the offered price.

• Allocation continues from highest to lowest offers, considering the order of submission time.

• If a chosen table is no longer available, the organizer will propose the next best available option. If rejected, the table will be released for online purchase.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

• The QAR 2,000 deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• Any table payment cancellation made within 4 days prior to the event is non-refundable.
